What does yoga mean to you / how did you come to find yoga? I fell in love with yoga while dancing in New York! Having a consistent practice had a positive impact on my dancing and my lifestyle.
What made you become a teacher? After teaching barre classes for the last 2 years I knew I wanted to expand my knowledge and experience with fitness. I completed my 200 RYT at BIG Power Yoga in Houston #goalcrusher!
Why do you love the concept of Yoga&Hops? I love Yoga&Hops not just because I’m obsessed with my friend Cindy Agnew but also because the community she has created with Angie is one of a kind. You get a great workout and then get to enjoy a cold brewski with friends, plus the Houston breweries who host us are awesome.
What can people expect if they take your class? In my classes, you can expect to have fun and explore creativity in your practice; you’ll leave feeling grounded and at ease!
What’s your favorite beer? Forbidden Lavender at No Label is my jam!
