There are a few things we here at Yoga&Hops can't get enough of: yoga, good beer, travel, funky-fresh tunes, puppies, and FALL! (How basic are we?!)

Lucky for us, fall is here (win!) and with the fall season comes a slew of fall seasonal beers (win win!). We're super lucky here in Houston in that so many of our craft breweries have whipped up their own version of an unbelievable fall staple (pumpkin and clove flavors galore!) and one of our favorites is the classic Oktoberfest from Saint Arnold, which debuted exactly 20 years ago!

This full-bodied, malty (with three different types of Munich-style malts), and slightly sweet brew is the epitome of autumn. Not only does it pair well with whatever German grub you can get your hands on this month, but it's worth keeping some on hand for your Thanksgiving feast - hellooo turkey and potatoes!

Even luckier for you, this Friday, October 6th, we are having a class to celebrate all that is good: yoga outside in the gorgeous (yet still slightly warm, go figure) fall weather at the pavilion next to Saint Arnold, then a happy hour at the brewery where you can get your hands on the good stuff straight from the source!

If that's not enough, it is also the first night of the brewery's Oktoberfest celebration! (Lederhosen encouraged, though not required.)

The 45 minute yoga class starts at 6:30pm (we shortened class time to get to the festivities faster...obvi.)
